Baoluo Motor recently supported the on-site acceptance of Electric Rail Flat Cars and Trackless Electric Flat Cars at a customer's factory in Hangzhou. Our engineering team tested both DC and AC traction motors, evaluating starting performance, speed control, stability, and continuous operation. After comprehensive vehicle testing, the customer successfully completed the acceptance, demonstrating the reliability of Baoluo Motor's industrial drive solutions for material handling applications.

A customer experienced inconsistent speeds between the front and rear motors on a four-wheel-drive rail transfer cart equipped with four identical brushed DC motors. During an on-site inspection, Baoluo Motor engineers found that the battery was installed at the rear of the vehicle, resulting in unequal cable lengths between the battery and each motor. The longer cables supplying the front motors caused additional voltage drop, reducing motor speed and affecting synchronization. After optimizing the electrical wiring, the vehicle resumed smooth and stable operation. This case study also discusses two other common causes of DC motor speed inconsistency—carbon brush wear and uneven mechanical load—and provides practical troubleshooting recommendations for battery-powered industrial vehicles.

Baoluo Motor has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Kinetic Functional Gear (KFG) to supply 24V–96V low-voltage AC induction motors, DC traction motors, and electric drive components for industrial transport vehicles and heavy-load transfer systems.
